Detailed Description From Employer:

Job Introduction
What does it take to become a leading health and social care organisation in the UK?
It takes people who can turn lives around every day - providing encouragement, delivering innovative services and generally improving life for individuals with a learning disability or those affected by drug and alcohol misuse or mental health. But it's not just our front-line teams that make a difference. So do the dedicated professionals who work alongside the front-line teams to enable and support the vital work we do.
We are a growing organisation with high quality standards and to operate at this level we need to maintain a highly engaged, well developed, high performing and psychologically safe workforce. And that is where you come in.
We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Change Consultant to play a pivotal role in delivering one of our most significant transformation programmes.
This is more than a system implementation - it's an opportunity to reshape how our organisation works. You’ll lead the people-side of change for a major HRIS rollout, ensuring our workforce not only adopts new systems and processes, but truly embraces new ways of working.
You’ll drive engagement at scale, champion user experience, and ensure the programme delivers measurable business value—from improved efficiency and smarter processes to real cost savings.
This is a fixed-term role for 18 months.

Main responsibilities
You will own and deliver the end-to-end change strategy for a major HRIS implementation and design and execute business readiness plans that set teams up for success.
You will define and track adoption, engagement, and behavioural change—linking outcomes to ROI and promoting the value of the HRIS by highlighting efficiency gains, improved employee experience, and cost benefits.
Partnering with HR, IT, leadership and operational teams to build advocacy and buy-in, you will create engagement strategies that reach all corners of the workforce.
The successful candidate will also facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and feedback loops to ensure user-centric solutions and develop compelling, multi-channel communication campaigns in partnership with Internal Comms.

About you
You’re a confident and credible change leader who thrives in complex transformation environments. You know how to bring people on the journey—translating strategy into meaningful, measurable outcomes.
You will have a proven track record delivering change for HRIS or large-scale system implementations and strong expertise in change management, engagement, and adoption across diverse workforces.
We are looking for candidates with solid understanding of HR processes and how technology drives efficiency and cost savings.
Experience in health or social care environments and familiarity with Midland HR (iTrent / People First) would be a great advantage.
If you are an excellent influencer with strong relationship-building skills motivated by purpose, impact, and transformation at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
