HR Advisor/HR People Partner/ER Employment Relations Hybrid/Based Solihull, Birmingham - 12-month fixed term contract needed to support and implement the People Strategy, with some travel across our locations to build strong relationships with line manages and colleagues.
As HR Advisor/HR People Partner/ER Employment Relations you will be leading people projects and providing HR guidance and support ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.
Successful HR Advisor/HR People Partner/ER Employment Relations will have proven experience with providing advice and guidance on matters including grievance, redundancies, disciplinaries, TUOE and employment tribunals to minimise business risk and be able to manage ER caseloads.
As HR Advisor/HR People Partner/ER Employment Relations you would come from a similar background, strong organisational and problem solving skills, preferably with a CIPD qualification and the ability to complete complex task s and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
