Key Responsibilities:
- An understanding of Local Authority Housing Services (especially HRA)
- Good knowledge of HRA and General Funds Housing
- Ability to support managers in reviewing and reprofiling their budgets
- Ability to support managers and staff in improving their knowledge on coding of expenditure and income
- Understanding of the reconciliation of Dwelling (Rent) income and Non-dwelling income
- Ability to complete relevant government returns
- Supporting managers with their monthly budget monitoring
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow through and resolve any anomaly or query observed within the HRA business area
