Are you a technical HR systems expert with a track record of implementing Workday learning packages? Would you like to work for a purpose driven organisation on an interim basis for the next six months with the possibility of extension? My client is a public sector financial organisation that helps people resolve disputes with financial businesses, offering fair, impartial and accessible support to the public. The organisation has around 2,500 employees and offices across the UK. This role will be London based where you will be part of a high performing HR team are located in the Canary Wharf office. The role offers hybrid working with the HR Workday Learning Partner going into the office 1-2 days per week. It is an exciting time to join the organisation as behind the scenes, they are building a more modern, efficient, and data-driven approach to the way they work. The HR Workday Learning Partner is central to this, and will play a key role over the next six months and potentially beyond. The organisation are in phase one of the project and are now looking for a HR Workday Learning Partner to drive the configuration, optimisation, and adoption of Workday Learning, Talent, and Skills Cloud across the organisation. The role is paying around £500 per day LTD and some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading HR Workday configuration across Learning and Talent modules

In order for the post holder to hit the ground running, It is very important to have a working knowledge of Skills Cloud and Workday security. The role requires the post holder to build excellent relationships and works in a collaborative way.
