We're looking to speak with experienced HR Transformation specialists for an upcoming short-term project supporting a wider HR Transformation programme. This will be a focused, hands-on assignment, so we're looking for someone comfortable coming into an established programme, quickly understanding what's needed and delivering at pace.
You'll ideally have broad experience across areas such as HR operating model design, process improvement, organisational design, HR technology/HRIS, shared services, people data and change. We're open on exact job title, but you could come from an HR Transformation, People Transformation, HR Programme/Project or Consulting background.
