Summary: The HR Transformation SME role at Avaloq involves supporting the transition to SAP SuccessFactors and implementing new HR digital solutions within a global HR Operations team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the SuccessFactors transition and integration of new HR solutions, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Manage timelines, risks, expectations, and resource allocation using project management techniques.
  • Lead small-to-medium sized HR projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Identify and implement scalable improvements to HR processes.
  • Define and apply project scheduling techniques to manage risks and expectations proactively.
  • Present project status and results to decision-making bodies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for global HR team members on automation and continuous improvement.
  • Own and update HR policies and processes with a focus on global alignment and employee experience.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in project management, HR process improvement, or HR digitalization.
  • Excellent organizational skills for tracking tasks and managing timelines.
  • Hands-on experience with HR technology implementations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of operational HR processes across multiple geographies.
  • Senior level of CIPD accreditation is a plus.
  • Affinity for technology with experience in SAP SuccessFactors, JIRA, SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBi for HR data analysis.
