Summary: The HR Transformation SME role at Avaloq involves supporting the transition from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors and implementing new HR digital solutions within a global HR Operations team. The position requires hands-on project management and process optimization to enhance HR services and support. The successful candidate will lead HR projects, manage timelines, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the SuccessFactors transition and integration of new HR solutions, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Proactively manage timelines, risks, expectations, and resource allocation using project management techniques.
  • Lead small-to-medium sized HR projects and initiatives from planning to completion.
  • Identify and implement scalable improvements to HR processes in alignment with stakeholder needs and best practices.
  • Define and apply project scheduling techniques to manage risks and expectations.
  • Present project status and results to decision-making bodies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for global HR team members on automation and continuous improvement.
  • Own and update HR policies and processes with a focus on global alignment and employee experience.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in project management, HR process improvement, or HR digitalization.
  • Excellent organizational skills for tracking tasks and managing timelines.
  • Hands-on experience with HR technology implementations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of operational HR processes across multiple geographies.
  • Senior level of CIPD accreditation is a plus.
  • Affinity for technology with experience in SAP SuccessFactors, JIRA, SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools like PowerBi for HR data analysis.
