Key Responsibilities:
- Establish project structure and change management approach
- Prepare budgets and manage vendor selection and contracts
- Facilitate project workshops and finalize scope
- Develop project plans and ensure resource alignment
- Define project roles and lead responsibilities
- Align project charters with business strategy
- Implement project and change plans
- Ensure quality standards and track progress via PMO reporting
- Oversee cross-team collaboration and remove delivery blockers
- Address gaps and embed change outcomes
- Transfer documentation and knowledge to stakeholders
- Conduct retrospectives and share lessons learned
