Summary: The HR Transformation Manager role at Ashley Kate involves leading a pivotal project to align employment terms and conditions across the workforce of a Lincolnshire client. This position requires collaboration with senior HR and client stakeholders, providing expert guidance during a significant change initiative. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, requiring an immediate start and is based at one of three locations: Spalding, Horncastle, or Boston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans with concise timelines, maintaining associated reports and decision records, for future reference
- Develop reporting and information for wider stakeholders, SMT, and Unions
- Work with HR team to ensure that policies and consultations are planned for, managed, and implemented
- Support senior management leads to consider options and provide data and information for decision making
- Support senior management to develop consultation briefings and presentations, attending all sessions, and deliver briefings
- Ensure effective communications are in place within HR and with business stakeholders to enable consistent, coordinated, and effective messaging, with appropriate channels for feedback
- Continuously manage risks and options around changing political, legal, and employee engagement
- Manage the development and sign off of Frequently Asked Questions and responses to consultation
