Key Responsibilities:

  • Support data migration and implementation alongside the technology team.
  • Conduct global reward and benefits review and redesign.
  • Implement payroll outsourcing and standalone solutions.
  • Facilitate the successful completion of the carve-out and operational separation.

HR Transformation Lead – Outside IR35 6-month interim role – negotiable day rate Flexible onsite presence Medlock Partners are partnering with a tech business in seeking an experienced HR Transformation specialist to lead a major carve-out and separation programme as it transitions from a larger corporate structure into a standalone SME environment. Working closely with a newly formed HR leadership team, you will lead a range of HR transformation initiatives including HR systems implementation, reward and benefits redesign, payroll separation, supplier management, and operational process improvement. This is a hands-on role requiring someone with strong HR transformation expertise rather than a purely project management background. Experience within PE-backed, carve-out, technology, or scaling SME environments would be highly beneficial.
