Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support restructuring and budget planning.
- Analyse restructuring costs, FTE management, and budget performance to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with People and Finance Partnering teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication.
- Deliver compelling presentations using storytelling techniques to communicate complex financial insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Engage with key stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Transformation teams to drive performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through proactive analysis and solution-oriented thinking.
Key Skills:
- Proven expertise in budgeting, restructuring costs, and FTE management.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities.

Daily Rate: £575 per day via umbrella (inside IR35)
