Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop plan standards and quality criteria
  • Deliver plan health check reports by workstream outlining observations, risks and recommendations
  • Deliver in-flight assurance reviews for critical or high-risk plans
  • Deliver fortnightly risk and issue management reports
  • Deliver fortnightly project governance and control compliance reports
  • Deliver return to green plans for all red critical path milestones
  • Deliver solution assurance reports for global SAP SuccessFactors
  • Deliver impact assessment reports for all proposed changes to project scope

Key Skills:

  • Experience in HR Technology and HR Policy

I am looking for a experienced HR Technology consultant with strong Project management background to work with an organisation going through change. They are implementing SuccessFactors and need an experienced PM with a strong HR Technology and HR Policy experience to join the team.

Deliver assurance outcomes including:

  • Develop plan standards and quality criteria
  • Deliver plan health check reports by workstream outlining observations, risks and recommendations
  • Deliver in-flight assurance reviews for critical or high-risk plans
  • Deliver fortnightly risk and issue management reports
  • Deliver fortnightly project governance and control compliance reports
  • Deliver return to green plans for all red critical path milestones
  • Deliver solution assurance reports for global SAP SuccessFactors
  • Deliver impact assessment reports for all proposed changes to project scope

This is not a SuccessFactors consultant role but someone who can demonstrate working in large corporate environments and manage projects relating to HR operating model change.
