Summary: The HR Systems & Data Advisor role involves supporting the HR Systems & Data team within a public sector organization on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The position requires collaboration with HR colleagues to deliver high-quality HR systems and management information services. Key tasks include data extraction, reporting, and SQL query execution, with a focus on detail-oriented data management. Key Responsibilities:
- Support business-as-usual activities within the HR systems team.
- Extract, manipulate, and report on large datasets.
- Produce and investigate detailed reports.
- Write and execute SQL queries.
- Work with SAP and Oracle systems (experience with either is preferable).
- Utilise SMTP mail relay and S-Sharp for data management.
- Automate processes using Microsoft VBA (desirable).
Key Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting.

- Experience with Microsoft Access.
