Summary: The HR Systems Analyst - Dayforce role involves supporting the administration and enhancement of Dayforce capabilities for a global customer during their implementation journey. This position is a 6-month contract requiring on-site presence in Central London for two days a week, with a daily rate of £400 outside IR35. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dayforce HCM across various modules and a strong understanding of its configuration elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration and enhancement of Dayforce capabilities.
  • Administer and configure Dayforce HCM across multiple modules such as CoreHR, WFM, and Payroll.
  • Manage custom forms, workflows, and Dayforce configuration elements.
  • Set up RBAC and manage security within Dayforce.
  • Utilize Integration Studio and build reports.
  • Work with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.

Key Skills:

  • Experience administering and configuring Dayforce HCM.
  • Strong understanding of custom forms and workflows.
  • Knowledge of RBAC setup and security management.
  • Familiarity with Integration Studio and report building.

Detailed Description From Employer:

Lawrence Harvey are working with a renowned global customer that are in the midst of their Dayforce Implementation journey. As part of their implementation team, our client are looking for a HRIS System Analyst to support with the administration and enhancement of their Dayforce capabilities. This is a 6 month initial contract paying £400 a day Outside IR35 and requires 2 days on-site per week in Central London.

Experience Required:

  • Experience administering and configuring Dayforce HCM across multiple modules (Such as CoreHR, WFM, Payroll)
  • Strong understanding of custom forms, workflows, and Dayforce configuration elements.
  • Understanding of RBAC setup and security management within Dayforce.
  • Familiarity with Integration Studio and report building is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms preferred.
