We are recruiting a Band 3 HR Systems Administrator to provide an effective HR Administration service to the Trust carrying out administrative tasks across a wide a range of activities aligned to the Trusts Business & HR Strategy and the Directorates objectives. To act as a Registration Authority (RA) Agent for the Trust. This includes the registration of users, printing of smartcards, maintenance of system access levels and support to services.
HR Systems Includes Responsibility For Electronic Staff Record (ESR) administration – including monitoring changes and amending; structures, positions, absence, training at a central configuration level. Registration Authority ID checks, system access and Smartcards Other e-HR system administration including Disclosure & Barring Service, TRAC, Hornbill and eRostering Workforce / Learning and Development administration Workforce Information reporting Temporary staffing (Staff Bank, Taskmaster & Retinue) Workforce planning administration Any other administration function related to the service Provide the first point of contact and resolve service desk queries from managers and staff regarding HR systems issues. Act as an RA Agent for the Trust Support managers by providing appropriate information and advice on the use of key business tools relating to employee and workforce information including ESR Self Service, e-Rostering, Disclosure & Barring Service and other e-HR systems. Ensure that relevant processes are adhered to including the workforce trigger reports. Maintains and updates HR databases and online and paper record
