Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective HR administration services across various activities.
  • Act as a Registration Authority Agent for the Trust, including user registration and smartcard printing.
  • Administer Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and other e-HR systems.
  • Manage workforce and learning development administration.
  • Handle temporary staffing and workforce planning administration.
  • Resolve service desk queries related to HR systems from managers and staff.
  • Support managers with information and advice on employee and workforce tools.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in HR administration and systems management.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and e-HR systems.
