On behalf of a respected public sector client, we are seeking a skilled HR Systems Specialist for a short-term engagement to support a high-impact HR systems optimization project. This opportunity offers the chance to work on a meaningful transformation initiative in a collaborative environment.

About The Role As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, optimizing, and enhancing the performance of the iTrent HR system. This role requires deep technical knowledge of HR systems, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to resolving system challenges. You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to improve system functionality and support automation and transformation objectives. This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with 2–3 days per week in the office.
