Summary: The HR Shared Services Assistant will join the People team on a six-month interim basis, providing comprehensive administrative support across various HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle. This role involves being the first point of contact for HR queries, maintaining the HR system (Workday), and contributing to process automation. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the ER & Policy Manager to deliver an efficient HR administration service to all Dnata sites/employees and to ensure excellence in customer service
- Management of the full worker life cycle – from staffing to compensation – using the HR management system – (Workday)
- Modify and create organisational structures
- Support and review of the job change business processes
- Be proactive with allocated change projects to support the delivery of our colleagues’ agenda which will collaboratively shape the future of the organisation as we continue to improve the function.
- Maintain the HR system and produce analysis reports for management as requested
- Take up references for all new joiners and respond to reference requests from other third parties, communicating with the HR team promptly where references may not be satisfactory
- Daily resolution for telephone and email Workday enquiries relating to processes and policy
- Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team (Compliance/ HRBP’s/ Regional Directors)
- Support with Line Manager training to help enable them to use Workday efficiently
- Password re-sets

- Knowledge and experience in Workday is beneficial

We are seeking an HR Shared Services Assistant to join our People team on an interim basis of six months, in our HR Shared Services team. In this varied role you will provide a comprehensive administration and support service across a range of activities with exposure across the whole employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to every day HR queries and projects. Each day will be different, you will be the first point of contact for managers and colleagues providing first line advice and guidance around HR processes, updating and maintaining the HR system (Workday), working efficiently to produce high quality correspondence and documentation, and contributing to the review of automation of our processes. You will also work closely with our talented team of Partners and Advisors across the whole People Team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for providing a quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. A key attribute of the successful candidate will be high levels of attention to detail, a customer centric approach and an understanding of working with sensitive and confidential data. To be a success in this role, you will have administration experience and experience of using a range of MS packages.
