Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing letters, contracts, and redundancy documentation
- Supporting the redundancy process, including running calculations and producing packs
- Managing first-tier HR queries (ER-related) and escalating where necessary
- Checking contracts and finalising costs
- Printing and sending out HR packs
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to managers and the wider HR team
Key Skills:
- Proven HR administration experience, ideally within a shared services or ER environment
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, particularly around contracts and redundancy administration
- Confidence in preparing HR letters and handling first-tier support queries
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

We're looking for an experienced HR Shared Service Administrator to join a well-established national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The Role
As HR Shared Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate HR administration across a range of activities, including:
