Summary: The HR Services Advisor role in Manchester involves providing comprehensive HR support, particularly in payroll and service-related inquiries, while ensuring a high-quality user experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for service-related questions from hiring managers, employees, and HR team members.
  • Manage HR requests from initiation to closure, ensuring effective tracking and tracing.
  • Create a high-end user experience and provide best-in-class customer service.
  • Be knowledgeable about business operations and key contacts within the organization.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for HR calendar events such as IDP, MAP, and STIP salary reviews.
  • Utilize multiple HR and Payroll systems to resolve customer queries.
  • Share customer feedback with Service Specialists and suggest improvements in HR technology solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Commercial Degree in Human Resources.
  • CIPD qualification required.
  • 5-10 years of advanced experience in WFA and payroll.
  • Extended HR/system knowledge.
  • Deep experience in payroll activities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
