Summary: The HR Services Advisor role in Manchester involves providing comprehensive HR support, particularly in payroll and service-related inquiries, while ensuring a high-quality user experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for service-related questions from hiring managers, employees, and HR team members.
- Manage HR requests from initiation to closure, ensuring effective tracking and tracing.
- Create a high-end user experience and provide best-in-class customer service.
- Be knowledgeable about business operations and key contacts within the organization.
- Provide ad-hoc support for HR calendar events such as IDP, MAP, and STIP salary reviews.
- Utilize multiple HR and Payroll systems to resolve customer queries.
- Share customer feedback with Service Specialists and suggest improvements in HR technology solutions.
Key Skills:
- Commercial Degree in Human Resources.
- CIPD qualification required.
- 5-10 years of advanced experience in WFA and payroll.
- Extended HR/system knowledge.
- Deep experience in payroll activities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
