Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine HR inquiries and provide guidance on contractual queries and employee benefits.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations and evaluate customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across multiple HRIS platforms.
  • Validate right to work documentation in accordance with Home Office guidelines.
  • Deliver communication cascades to keep the team informed.
  • Ensure compliance with HR procedures and maintain HR files.
  • Prepare written documents and HR reports with accuracy.
  • Write and maintain process documentation ensuring compliance requirements are met.
