Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate HR ServiceNow deployment projects, ensuring alignment with global HR transformation objectives.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing HR systems and processes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, compliance, and the wider business to manage dependencies and expectations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering HR technology projects, specifically ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and operational best practices, with ability to translate them into ServiceNow workflows.
- Experience in matrixed, multinational environments with diverse stakeholder groups.

We are supporting a Global Professional Services firm in their search for an HR ServiceNow Programme Manager. The role will be carried out on a hybrid working model with the individual required to be in the office 2-3 days a week. This role will initially be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract looking to pay between £100-120k + package. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and brings a strong foundation in HR project delivery combined with hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations.
