HR ServiceNow Consultant | £500-£600/day Inside IR35 | Hybrid (Northampton)

Ready to turn a struggling ServiceNow HR platform into a best-practice success story?

We're looking for an experienced HR ServiceNow Consultant to join a major transformation project, helping re-engineer an existing ServiceNow environment and support the launch of a new employee portal.

You will work closely with HR and People Services stakeholders to gather requirements, shape solutions, define user stories, drive adoption, and ensure the platform delivers real business value.

• Strong ServiceNow experience within an HR environment
• Background in HR Shared Services or HR Operations
• Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and process improvement
• Experience delivering ServiceNow transformation or optimisation projects

Contract: Initial 3 months with extension potential

Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite in Northampton
