Summary: The HR Service Delivery (SD) Product Analyst role at Adobe involves supporting the HRSD Product Manager with run the business activities and project support. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HRSD Product Manager during run the business activities and project support.
- Co-lead discovery with HR COEs to map current vs target journeys, intake, and SLAs.
- Co-author PRDs, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Design service components, including catalog items, case/task templates, and notifications.
- Build routing models and write functional specs for HRSD and HR Agent Workspace.
- Partner on integrations and author ATF test cases for critical paths.
- Support reporting, dashboard creation, UAT, and hypercare.
- Manage business stakeholder communications for RTB and project requirements.
- Rationalize business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow experience, particularly with HRSD modules.
- Hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
- Analyst work experience, including requirement gathering and UAT.
- Defect testing and issue resolution skills.
- Relevant ServiceNow or HRSD certifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across time zones.
- Experience in UAT cycles and project teamwork.
- Self-starter with the ability to lead small projects.
