• Turn results into clear and compelling content reports and visualisations for internal stakeholders and external users.
• Analyse pay data to create monthly pay trends reports.
• Work with the Market Insights team to produce commercial collateral related to survey results.
• Promote Brightmine through briefing customers, Government departments, PR agencies, journalists, and other interested parties.
• Brief commercial teams and other stakeholders on key trends and research findings.
• Build relationships with key players in the industry through networking and social media.
