Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating activities and training logistics for modules
- Helping drive HR project timelines, actions, and communications
- Facilitating workshops, capturing key actions, and ensuring follow-up with stakeholders
- Managing stakeholder engagement and keeping everyone aligned and informed
- Effectively tracking progress and sharing insights
- Presenting updates confidently in cross-functional team meetings
- Analyzing and reporting on HR data tasks, collaborating with the wider team when required
Key Skills:
- Proven project management skills
- Experience supporting HR system implementations
- SAP experience is a plus, but not essential
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working in a global matrix organization
