Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating activities and training logistics for modules
  • Helping drive HR project timelines, actions, and communications
  • Facilitating workshops, capturing key actions, and ensuring follow-up with stakeholders
  • Managing stakeholder engagement and keeping everyone aligned and informed
  • Effectively tracking progress and sharing insights
  • Presenting updates confidently in cross-functional team meetings
  • Analyzing and reporting on HR data tasks, collaborating with the wider team when required

Key Skills:

  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience supporting HR system implementations
  • SAP experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
