Summary: The HR Project & Systems Coordinator role is a fixed-term position focused on the implementation and support of a new HRIS platform, UKG Ready, within a global IT services company. The position requires a foundation in HR, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn about HR systems and project delivery. The role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to impact HR services for over 700 colleagues worldwide. This position is initially for 6 months with the potential for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep project timelines, logs, and documentation up to date.
- Organise meetings, track actions, and ensure follow-up.
- Prepare project updates for stakeholders.
- Cleanse, validate, and upload HR data.
- Support configuration changes and testing.
- Help prepare training materials and go-live readiness.
- Manage Learning Management System user access and enrolments.
- Keep system data up to date (joiners, leavers, organisational changes).
- Assist in setting up workflows, permissions, and forms.
- Identify and suggest usability improvements.
Key Skills:
- HR, recruitment, or people operations experience.
- Strong administration and organisation skills.
- Confidence with data and spreadsheets (Excel skills essential).

The Role
You’ll play a key role in rolling out our brand-new HRIS platform — UKG Ready — across modules including Core HR, Time, Learning, Compensation, Performance, and Recruiting. This is not a “just keep the admin ticking over” role. You’ll be:
- Involved with configuration, data, and workflows.
- Working side-by-side with HR systems implementation team.
- Learning the end-to-end system implementation process from the inside.
It’s a chance to step away from purely transactional HR tasks and into a role where your input shapes how 700+ colleagues across the globe experience our HR services.
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination
