Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of HR projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
- Own cyclical HR activities end-to-end, maintaining accurate trackers and anticipating milestones well in advance.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior HR stakeholders and external vendors, providing updates and advice.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
- Facilitate and coordinate high-profile HR meetings, preparing materials, capturing actions, and ensuring follow-up.
- Monitor project risks and issues, proactively resolving or escalating where required.
- Use data and analytics to influence decision-making, track project outcomes and inform reporting.
- Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks and improve HR service delivery.
- Support additional HR service initiatives and business change projects.
