Up to date on all things legislatively and with a good handle on policy, process and lifecycle, given that it's an FTC, this really should be someone who has been in an HR leadership capacity before, to hit the ground running.
Alternatively, it could be someone who has operated as a Consultant who want's a more fixed home for 12 months.
