Key Responsibilities:
- Lead bespoke HR projects from inception to completion, focusing on OD/Change and process improvements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Stay updated on current Employment Law Legislation and apply knowledge to projects.
- Work autonomously while contributing to the wider HR team.
