Summary: The HR Project Manager / Consultant will lead HR activities within a business transformation programme, ensuring effective execution of the transformation strategy and governance of the people project plan. This role involves collaboration with operational leads and the wider HR team to deliver high-quality customer experiences while managing employee consultation and compliance with employment legislation. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive performance improvement throughout the transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of the transformation strategy through operational managers.
- Maintain controllership of the people plan, ensuring timelines are met and issues escalated as necessary.
- Lead employee consultation and support line managers in HR activities in line with legislation and best practices.
- Act as a change agent, providing cohesive manager advice and upskilling where needed.
- Produce relevant documentation and ensure effective communication of activities and timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process alignment and simplification in transactional processing.
