Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan within two weeks for reviewing and revising Terms and Conditions.
- Outline and set up pathways/programmes for potential changes, ensuring inclusion of trade unions and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with financial and legal teams to assess challenges and consequences of proposed changes.
- Review the impact of the upcoming Employment Rights Bill on the casual workforce.
- Provide regular updates to the Chief Executive, S151 officer, and Senior Leadership Team.
Key Skills:
- Strong HR background with a deep understanding of employment law.
- Proven project management experience, ideally in a public sector or council environment.
