Summary: The HR Project Consultant role involves leading HR change initiatives within an insurance sector organization, focusing on the delivery of people projects that align with business strategy and transformation goals. The consultant will collaborate with Strategic HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions that add commercial value. This position requires effective stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The role is hybrid, requiring two days on-site in London each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of HR projects supporting business strategy and transformation.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify issues and provide actionable advice.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to solve business problems.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating across different groups.
- Manage complex change and transformation projects.
- Utilize project management methodologies to prioritize and manage tasks.
- Influence senior managers and employees at all levels.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
