Summary: The HR Project Consultant role focuses on supporting the establishment of benefits programs and technology for a new office in Europe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create presentations and communication materials that translate data and analysis into clear solutions for decision-making.
  • Lead process automation initiatives to reduce manual activities and enhance HR systems.
  • Support the HR team in liaising with Technology for Workday system developments and implementation.
  • Oversee the vendor management lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Contribute to broader regional HR projects and cross-functional initiatives across the Europe HR team.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a multinational or European context.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (v/x-lookup, index matching, countifs/sumifs).
  • Strong HR project management experience in leading complex projects within a global matrix organization.
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with HR Systems such as Benifex, Darwin, Workday, MarketPay, Payfactors.

Compensation & Benefits professional with strong project management skills to support the setup of benefits programs and supporting technology for a new office in Europe. This role will play a key part in designing and implementing benefits infrastructure, initial managing of vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, while also supporting broader compensation initiatives. This role will play a key part in designing and implementing benefits infrastructure, initial managing of vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, while also supporting broader compensation initiatives. The role will also lead and contribute to broader regional HR projects, supporting cross-functional initiatives across the Europe HR team. This will involve full ownership of the delivery of projects, starting with effective requirements gathering, scope definition, through to delivery and implementation. 6 month Temp Contract.

In this specialist role you will:

  • Develop project plans that have clear roles and responsibilities and that ensure planned and continuous effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration remain central to the project e.g., with HRBPs, Global Reward, IT, Finance, Leaders across the business, etc.
  • Develop presentations, communication materials and\or other documentation which effectively translate mass data and analysis into clear solution pathways and areas for decision making. Materials need to convey updates and outcomes effectively and clearly to senior leaders across multiple regions, virtually and in person.
  • Lead process automation and identify areas to reduce and transfer manual activity to HR systems, tools and templates.
  • Support the HR team in its ongoing liaisons with Technology to provide requirements for Workday system developments and implementation for HR needs.
  • Oversee the full vendor management lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, due diligence and risk assessments, contract negotiation and execution, and ongoing relationship management—driving continuous improvement, compliance and alignment across all third-party engagements.

What it takes:

  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within a multinational or European context.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and Microsoft Excel (v/x-lookup, index matching, countifs/sumifs)
  • Strong HR project management experience demonstrated in leading successful complex projects in a global matrix organization.
  • Office launches or expansions highly desirable.
  • Proven strong stakeholder management and communications skills. Essential as the role will work independently and across multiple teams with competing demands.
  • Experience with HR Systems e.g. Benifex, Darwin, Workday, MarketPay, Payfactors.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and remain flexible amidst change.
