Summary: The HR Programme Manager at Sodexo will lead the delivery of transformational programmes within the HR Projects team, focusing on the Contingent Labour Management strategy.   • Lead full lifecycle programme management of the Contingent Labour Management programme.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring accountability, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and external suppliers to design and implement the right-fit solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and change leader, working alongside senior stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Embed change management principles and communications strategies to ensure adoption and success.
  • Own and report on programme budget, resources, business cases and ROI metrics.

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record in HR or OD project/programme management in complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Deep knowledge of project and change management, business process improvement, and HR systems.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal influencing skills.
  • Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) with a recognised project management qualification.
  • Highly organised, self-starting, and solutions-focused with strong documentation and governance discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and comfortable leading multi-party supplier engagements.
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of a Managed Service Provider project would be beneficial.

Are you an experienced programme leader ready to drive large-scale, transformational programmes? Sodexo is seeking an accomplished Programme Manager to join our HR Projects team, leading the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives which will shape the way we deliver our Contingent Labour Management strategy. As the HR Programme Manager, you’ll report to the HR Projects & Performance Director and will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage a large and complex group of stakeholders across HR, Finance, Supply Management, IT and Communications, ensuring delivery excellence, all while championing change and business improvement. This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis and is home-based with occasional travel.
