Your new role HR Programme Manager, 6 month FTC, mainly working from home, Bristol office - HR experience essential This post is suited for an experienced and strategic HR Programme Manager to lead and deliver key people initiatives across the organisation. This role will be responsible for managing, often complex, HR programmes from design through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving positive employee experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement in HR practices. This is likely to include some work around pay and reward.
