  • Establish a clear operational roadmap based on identified priorities.
  • Lead the implementation of strategic plan actions and key HR projects.
  • Define project objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and support their realization.
  • Implement project methodology and governance, including schedules and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure relevance and adherence to initiatives.
  • Oversee project documentation and communication, including progress reports and presentations.
  • Facilitate collaboration within the HR team and among various stakeholders.
  • Train the HR team in project management and structured approaches.
