Summary: The HR & Payroll Project Manager will oversee the transition of employee data from Cascade to One Advanced, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. This role involves data cleansing, stakeholder training, and readiness assessments to facilitate a smooth integration of HR and payroll systems. The position requires expertise in data mapping and transformation, as well as knowledge of UK regulations regarding employee data. The role is primarily remote with occasional site travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Manage the HR & Payroll systems transition from Cascade to One Advanced.
  • Ensure accurate cleansing, mapping, and transformation of payroll data.
  • Support HR and payroll teams with training for effective system use.
  • Provide a Go/No-Go Readiness Assessment for system launch.
  • Implement strict change management processes to prevent scope creep.

Key Skills:

  • Delivery of numerous HRIS programmes, specifically with payroll data.
  • Knowledge of UK regulations around data and employee law.
  • Data Mapping & Transformation Expertise.
  • Experience in implementing change control and governance processes.
  • Previous experience working with One Advanced or Cascade.

Salary (Rate): 600
