Summary: The role involves leading the development and execution of an enterprise-wide skills strategy within the HR/Organisational Design domain, specifically for a client in the Financial Services sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a future-focused skills framework.
- Oversee skills assessments and partner with HR and business leaders.
- Execute the enterprise-wide skills strategy to meet long-term strategic goals.
- Close critical skills gaps through effective workforce planning.
- Support training initiatives by working with cross-functional teams.
- Interpret workforce analytics to make data-informed decisions.
- Continuously evaluate strategies and adapt to organisational changes.
Key Skills:
- HR or learning & organisational development background.
- Experience in strategic workforce planning and skills frameworks.
