Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR strategy on-site in partnership with the senior management team.
  • Support the smooth transition of TUPE consultation.
  • Assist with organizational design, workforce planning, and capability initiatives.
  • Support onboarding, development, and training of staff across multiple sites.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, engagement, and employee forums.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding/experience of TUPE regulations and experience managing consultation processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, capable of working closely with senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Salary (Rate): £42,360 yearly

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner on a 6 fixed term contract, to join a dynamic and fast:paced manufacturing / logistics environment.
