Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HR strategy on-site in partnership with the senior management team.
- Support the smooth transition of TUPE consultation.
- Assist with organizational design, workforce planning, and capability initiatives.
- Support onboarding, development, and training of staff across multiple sites.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on performance management, engagement, and employee forums.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding/experience of TUPE regulations and experience managing consultation processes.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, capable of working closely with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
