Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor for People leaders, delivering strategic HR solutions aligned with their People Plans.
- Coach managers to enhance team capability and ensure success.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and support business goals.
- Continuously review and enhance HR processes for efficiency and alignment with best practices.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive actions in line with the people strategy.
- Support line managers in performance development and employee engagement.
- Facilitate the annual pay review and bonus process in collaboration with the Reward team.
- Support employee relations cases ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Provide ad hoc support to managers on workforce issues impacting employee experience and performance.
Key Skills:
- Significant experience in an HR generalist role with knowledge of employment law.
- Experience in business transformation, change management, and reorganization.
- Confident coaching and mentoring style for upskilling managers.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to support the wider People function.
- CIPD qualification preferred.
