  • Prior experience in global HR Services/HR Operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of employment law, industry regulations (SMCR), and immigration compliance.

  • High-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
