Summary: The HR Operations Manager role is a 12-month contract focused on leading a global HR Operations team to deliver exceptional HR services. The position involves managing People Operations, HR Systems Management, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a pragmatic approach to HR processes. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of People Operations professionals, implementing best practices across the business.
  • Ensure systems, processes, and documentation are agile and fit for purpose.
  • Develop and upskill the people operations team.
  • Manage key stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Oversee compliance with industry regulations such as SMCR and immigration.

Key Skills:

  • Prior experience in a global HR Services role/HR Operations with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law, industry regulations (SMCR), and immigration compliance across multiple geographies.
  • Pragmatic and commercial approach to HR processes to enhance employee experience.
  • Strong data analytics and insights experience to improve HR services.
  • High-level communication and presentation skills for facilitating plans and projects.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
