HR Operations Manager - 12 Month FTC Up to £120,000 plus bonus. Hybrid working, based in London. Catalyst Partners are excited to be working exclusively with a global FS business based in London to source a HR Ops Manager on a fixed term basis. This is a complex role with global scope. You will be leading & managing the full HR Ops process end to end and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Full BAU management for HR Operations.
  • Management of employee life cycle.
  • Focus on process improvement and optimization where necessary.
  • Support on any complex systems changes or integration points.
  • Management of complex stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • FS Background aka a clear track record as a HR Ops Manager/Leader for FS businesses is essential.
