A specialist organisation is seeking an HR Operations Advisor to join its People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Your new role

Reporting into the HR leadership team, you'll support the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle, with responsibilities including:

  • Acting as a key user and subject matter expert for HiBob, ensuring employee data is accurate, up to date and compliant
  • Managing employee lifecycle transactions within HiBob, including onboarding, changes and departures
  • Supporting monthly payroll processes through accurate data management and reporting from HiBob
  • Producing regular HR reports, workforce analytics and management information using HiBob and Excel
  • Supporting compensation, benefits and annual salary review processes through the HRIS
  • Responding to employee and manager queries relating to HR processes and system usage
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows and automation within HiBob
  • Supporting ongoing HRIS enhancements, testing, configuration changes and system optimisation projects
  • Assisting with policy updates, compliance activities and audit requirements
  • Working closely with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and maximise the value of the HiBob platform

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous HR Operations, HR Administration or HR Coordinator experience
  • Strong hands-on experience using HiBob is essential
  • Experience maintaining employee records, reporting, workflows and HR processes within HiBob
  • Exposure to HiBob implementation, optimisation, enhancement or project work would be highly advantageous
  • Experience working within insurance, financial services, professional services or another regulated environment
  • Payroll administration and employee data management experience
  • Advanced Excel and HR reporting skills
  • Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process efficiencies through HR technology
