A specialist organisation is seeking an HR Operations Advisor to join its People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Your new role
Reporting into the HR leadership team, you'll support the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle, with responsibilities including:
- Acting as a key user and subject matter expert for HiBob, ensuring employee data is accurate, up to date and compliant
- Managing employee lifecycle transactions within HiBob, including onboarding, changes and departures
- Supporting monthly payroll processes through accurate data management and reporting from HiBob
- Producing regular HR reports, workforce analytics and management information using HiBob and Excel
- Supporting compensation, benefits and annual salary review processes through the HRIS
- Responding to employee and manager queries relating to HR processes and system usage
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows and automation within HiBob
- Supporting ongoing HRIS enhancements, testing, configuration changes and system optimisation projects
- Assisting with policy updates, compliance activities and audit requirements
- Working closely with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and maximise the value of the HiBob platform
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous HR Operations, HR Administration or HR Coordinator experience
- Strong hands-on experience using HiBob is essential
- Experience maintaining employee records, reporting, workflows and HR processes within HiBob
- Exposure to HiBob implementation, optimisation, enhancement or project work would be highly advantageous
- Experience working within insurance, financial services, professional services or another regulated environment
- Payroll administration and employee data management experience
- Advanced Excel and HR reporting skills
- Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process efficiencies through HR technology
