Summary: The HR Operations Coordinator at Burberry is responsible for managing HR administration and queries throughout the employee lifecycle, specifically supporting French-speaking colleagues across Europe. This role requires fluency in both English and French and involves tasks such as contract generation, onboarding, and resolving HR queries. The position is full-time and hybrid, requiring at least three days in the Leeds office. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR service delivery and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the majority of employee lifecycle HR administration, including contract generation, new hire input, contract changes, and leavers.
- Resolve HR queries escalated via the HR Service Desk Team, including complex employee lifecycle and time to pay queries.
- Work closely with Employee Relations and HR Business Partners to provide HR guidance and support in line with internal policy and local employment legislation.
- Create documentation in support of the disciplinary process.
- Ensure colleague queries and tasks are resolved in a timely manner.
- Utilise a continuous improvement mindset to innovate working practices and enhance support to the business.
- Respond positively to escalations and complaints to ensure excellent customer service.
- Use HR data to identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Act as the escalation point for managers.
- Support with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
Key Skills:
- Experience working in a HR service delivery/administration role.
- Exceptional customer service skills and comfortable communicating across all levels of seniority.
- Proficient with HR Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors knowledge ideal but not essential) and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
