Summary: The HR Operating Model Implementation Lead will play a crucial role in the implementation phase of a global HR transformation programme for a leading organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR operating model change and stakeholder engagement. The role involves managing complex transformations and embedding new ways of working within the HR team. An immediate start is required for this 9-month contract position based in South West London with some travel to central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the new HR operating model and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage the transition to shared service models and embed changes in team operations.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and problem-solving during the transformation process.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external teams.
  • Support teams in navigating the human aspects of transformation.
