HR Officer

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely and accurate HR advice.
  • Assist in the coordination of training sessions and development programs.
  • Participate in the management of employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Help in the administration of payroll and benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
