HR Officer
- Location: Southwest London

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely and accurate HR advice.
- Assist in the coordination of training sessions and development programs.
- Participate in the management of employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Help in the administration of payroll and benefits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
