Summary: The HR Officer role involves providing comprehensive HR services to managers, employees, and schools within a local authority in Cheshire. - Deliver specialist HR support on various HR matters, ensuring consistent policy implementation.
- Provide professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and employee management.
- Contribute to drafting and communicating HR policies and procedures in line with legislation.
