HR Officer - Broughton (Mainly Site Based)

Pay: Up to £21.00 per hour PAYE / £27.78 per hour Umbrella

Contract: 6 months, likely extension

Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)

Belcan Workforce Solutions is looking for an HR Officer to join our team in Broughton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a few years' HR experience who enjoys a varied, hands-on role. You'll play a key part in supporting HR processes and ensuring smooth operations across the employee lifecycle.

As an HR Officer, you will manage transactional HR activities including absence tracking, disciplinary support, and recruitment coordination. You'll update Workday and SAP systems, assist with HR reporting, and provide administrative support for reviews and meetings. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential, as you'll be a trusted point of contact for day-to-day HR queries.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident in handling data and systems. Previous HR experience is essential, ideally covering areas such as payroll, recruitment, or learning. CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, and excellent communication abilities are key.
